Fifteen Minutes of Shame by Lisa Daily wins RT Reviewers’ Choice Award
As many of you know, my very first novel, FIFTEEN MINUTES OF SHAME was published last March. It’s a romantic comedy about a TV relationships expert (not me!) who finds out on the Today Show that her husband is cheating on her. (Not me! Fiction, I swear!)
Anyway, this has been a whirlwind year for me, and for the book. I did a 26-city tour, we sold film rights to uber-screenwriter Stephen Susco ; Publishers Weekly, The Daily Buzz’s Lit Chick, Romantic Times and Trashionista, all gave Fifteen Minutes of Shame rave reviews ; and as of Friday, FIFTEEN MINUTES OF SHAME has won the Romantic Times Reviewers’ Choice Award.
I’m honored, I really am. Writing this novel was a dream come true for me. And the fact that people (besides my mother) loved the book, well, it just doesn’t get better than that.
